Where do you ship?
Wherever your heart desires! All orders come straight from our factory in Portugal and are shipped via UPS worldwide to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
Can I track my order?
We actually encourage it. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number. Don’t worry if it takes a few hours for the number to become valid, that’s totally normal.
Purchases over 600 SEK: Free shipping | Delivery usually arrives within 1-2 working days.
Purchases under 600 SEK: 80 SEK shipping fee | Delivery usually arrives within 1-2 working days.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer customers 90 days to fall in love with their purchase. If it’s truly not a match, you can begin the return process here: return portal

I have received a defect product. What should I do?
If your order was damaged or defective, please send a photo and description to support@colorfulstandard so we can help resolve the issue.
Are returns free?
We do not provide free return labels, however, you will likely find a return address within your country.
How long do returns take to process?
Once we have received your package, you can expect to see your money refunded to the original payment method within 10 days. Please note that we currently do not send a confirmation email when your item has arrived at our facilities, so it’s best to check your bank account.
Can I return an item that I bought in person?
For sure, but keep in mind that any item bought in person must be returned to its original purchase location, not online. You’ll have to check with your retailer for their individual return policies.
Can I return an online purchase at a flagship store?
Sorry, what happens online stays online. It’s not possible to get a refund from a store if you purchased an item through our webshop. However, you can make an exchange with any of their in-stock items.
Can I exchange an item that I bought online?
Unfortunately, we do not offer online exchanges at this time. However, if you live near a flagship store, you’re welcome to make an exchange with any of their in-stock items.
Can I return a gift?
Sure thing, just remember that the money will go back to the original card used for payment.
Will I receive confirmation that my order has been placed?
A confirmation email will be sent to your email within a few minutes of purchase. If you do not receive one, please contact us.
Can I cancel my order or make changes?
Unfortunately, all orders are final, and edits or cancellations cannot occur. We strive to process all orders as soon as ordered.
Why was my order canceled?
Very rarely do we have to cancel an order if the stock level was shown incorrectly at the time of purchase. If this happens we’ll email you right away with the update.
Will there be any surprise charges?
For customers in the US, Canada, Norway, Switzerland, the UK, and the EU, the final purchase amount includes all duties, import costs, and local taxes. No fuss, we promise.
The item I want to purchase is sold out, what gives?
Sorry about that! We only produce what we think we’ll need to avoid waste and overproduction. Unfortunately, that means that some items temporarily go out of stock, but no biggie, we’re constantly restocking. Remember that you can always sign up to be notified when a product is back in stock by selecting “notify me when available” on each item’s product page.
Is there a guarantee period for all purchases?
You betcha! We believe in high-quality products that will last a very long time - that’s why we offer a 365 days guarantee.
Can I purchase your products for resale?
Nope. Our products are for consumers only. Please do not use the site to purchase products for re-sale or export. If we suspect anyone intends to resell our products, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
